What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
NONE
Comments
As far as I know, there should not be any plugin on the site collecting data. Google analytics is turned off and this comment template says something about Gravatar. So as the site admin I do not permit any plugin from storing, saving, or transmitting any user metadata. So let’s see if that is practical. I’m sure some sort of meta data is being stored by Bluehost and maybe even wordpress, so don’t hold me liable to what they collect.
Media
IP and Useragent might be stored when creating posts?? I’m not sure.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. <– thanks predefined template. Also to add, and information you upload to my site is a gift to me. Meaning to assert ownership over what you submit, and all submissions you are are voluntary and willing actions. Accessing the site and storing data on my site is a gift to me and you are transferring ownership or that data to me. The ownership you are transferring is full and unlicensed ownership of the content. I don’t know if that is legally binding, but it’s worth a try. So if you upload a picture, you give me full and unlimited ownership of the image. If you give me source code, you give me full unlimited ownership of said source, and not a limited license to simply use it.

^^ All info from the template. Sooo not sure how accurate it is. Maybe other cookies are generated, and as soon as I have the full info, I will amend this Privacy Policy.
Embedded content from other websites
My website is iamwohlers.com. If you leave my site, I am no longer responsible for what happens to you on that site. So good luck. They might violate GDPR, collect and sell your meta data, and attempt to serve you malware. You didn’t get it from me..
Analytics
None.. At I am aware of. Site is hosted by Bluehost and created with wordpress. Google analytics plugin is disabled. So any other analytics is not explicitly done by me.
Who we share your data with
Text is considered data, metedata is considered data. Using this website iambenton.com, you are giving me the gift of your data. Which means I own it. I can sell it, I can delete it, I can re-post it. Other people can access it, see it, download it, or resell it too. Thanks for all the data, I’m sure it will make me rich. However just to clarify, whatever is legally considered your data is not shared with anyone. Creating a post or changing my website in any way is considered a gift to me. When you give me your data, I am not sharing your data, I am sharing my own data.
Preemptive thanks for defacing my website, or compromising my website. I forgo my ownership of my data, and transfer it to the public domain. Hopefully this helps me get rid of my liability in case this site starts serving malware or illegal content if it is forcefully taken over by a malicious hacker. Anything the hacker does and uploads to the site, becomes my legal property as long as he is legally able to transfer that ownership to me. Otherwise that data is not allowed on the website. Illegal data is not my data, no way, no sir. Upon losing control of this website, all content I own will therefore be immediately transferred to the public domain.
How long I retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you cannot request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You cannot request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Any data you provide me as a gift, I own the data now. If you use the site, you give me the full legal ownership of that data in full, for life, forever. You will never get the ownership of that data back, and I cannot give it back. Mostly because I don’t know where that data is, or how to attribute that data to you. Your data is not intentionally collected. If you use my site, you are giving me your data to own, not to use, to own. You do not own any data on my website. I don’t know how to attribute data to you, nor could I attempt to attribute data you have given to the website to you. Thus, I have to explicitly say that by accessing the site, and using it in anyway means that you are gifting my your data.
Where I send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. I guess.. I didn’t turn this on. I don’t send your data anywhere. You cannot own data on this website. Usage of this website gifts me your data, fully and unlimited. That means forever.
How I protect your data
I don’t. You have not data here. You gift me all data when you use my site.
What data breach procedures we have in place
None. If someone breaches the site, then all data I own on this website is immediately and explicitly transferred to the public domain. Which means if I have sensitive or secretive data here, and someone breaches that site, they get to use that data, because it is then in the public domain, so good job.
What third parties I receive data from
I don’t know, hopefully none. Again, google analytics is disabled, the site is hosted on bluehost and created with wordpress. I don’t want to send any data to third parties if I can avoid it. Also, you don’t own the data on my website. You gift it to me. We’ve been over this like 5 times now.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
I don’t know, I just want to go to be and not write this anymore.
Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
So I guess this is GDPR stuff. Umm. No disclosure needed, since you are giving me your data for being here.
